The Assembly of First Nations (AFN) will host its Annual General Assembly from July 15-17, 2025, on Treaty No. 1 Territory, at the RBC Convention Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The trade show component is called the AFN Circle of Trade, and this is where BC Wood members will have an opportunity to exhibit and connect with First Nations leaders, businesses, and government representatives. This networking opportunity promotes collaborative opportunities and allows participants to discover new products and hear directly from organizational and
industry experts.

AFN Circle of Trade Hours:

• July 15, 2025 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
• July 16, 2025 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
• July 17, 2025 (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
• July 14, 2025 (1:00. – 5:00 p.m.) Set-up
• July 17, 2025 (1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Tear-down

BC Wood member cost:

Standard 10X10 booth: $2,800 – Includes one draped table, two chairs and booth signage with the name of your company and/or organization, and Free WI-FI. Does not include registration for the Annual General Assembly. (regular standard 10×10 booth cost is $3,650)
Shared booth option: $ 1,500
